Family Den Gmail Watch is a private tool used by one person on their own Gmail account. This policy explains what it does with that account's data.
It uses read-only Gmail access (gmail.readonly). It asks Gmail to send a notification when the inbox changes, then reads messages on one specific conversation about a family Minecraft server.
Message content is used only to understand and act on requests about the Minecraft server. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or any other purpose.
The access token and any message details stay on the owner's home computer. Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared with third parties. The only exception is the AI assistant service the owner uses to act on requests, which processes those messages on the owner's behalf.
Use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Access can be removed at any time from the Google Account's Third-party apps & services page.
